Acrylic Emulsions
Suitable acrylic polymer technologies can provide a balance of adhesion, film formation, hardness, flexibility, water resistance and appearance depending on polymer design and formulation. The range includes waterborne acrylic dispersions, hydroxyl-functional acrylics for two-component systems and cationic acrylics.
Polyurethane / PUA / PUD
Polyurethane-based dispersions can be considered when higher levels of durability, hardness, flexibility or resistance are required, depending on the coating system. The range includes PUA hybrids, PUDs and solvent-free UV-curable polyurethane dispersions.
Functional Additives
Dispersants, wetting agents, defoamers and rheology modifiers can influence wetting, dispersion stability, application properties, appearance and final coating performance. Blocked isocyanate crosslinkers can be used to raise resistance levels in acrylic and polyurethane systems.
