Polyurethane Dispersions (PUDs)
Waterborne aliphatic and aromatic polyurethane dispersions delivering superior flexibility, abrasion resistance, and UV stability for wood coatings, leather finishing, and high-performance industrial applications.
Product Overview
Polyurethane dispersions (PUDs) represent the premium tier of water-based binder technology. Their distinctive urethane backbone delivers a combination of toughness, flexibility, adhesion, and chemical resistance that is difficult to achieve with acrylic chemistry alone. JCT’s PUD range spans aliphatic grades (excellent UV stability, suitable for exterior and decorative applications) and aromatic grades (higher performance-to-cost ratio for interior and industrial use).
Our self-crosslinking PUD grades eliminate the need for external crosslinkers, simplifying formulation and improving pot life.
